August 5th, 2020 9:28 am
Managing Director of McGreevy Engineering, Aaron McGreevy, says he’s “delighted” to be recertified with the much sought after ISO AS9100 Rev D quality assurance standard.
A certification awarded to companies supplying the aerospace and defence sectors, the AS9100 Rev D is the latest standard and is based on the ISO 9001 quality requirements.
Valid for the next three years, the international certification recognises a company’s ability to manufacture products that consistently meet the needs of their customers and the requirements of the AS9100 standard.
“We’re delighted to have been recertified with the AS9100 Rev D standard last month,” Aaron said.
“At McGreevy Engineering, we’re constantly trying to improve ourselves to ensure that we can continue to deliver high quality products to our customers and this recertification is a large part of that as it helps us to improve quality, cost and performance. Additionally, the standard enables us to manage our business for continued success, to reduce costly workplace errors and to drive sales and profitability.”
“This latest recertification reinforces our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers – something we’ve always taken great pride in down through the years.”
“On behalf of the team at McGreevy Engineering, our thanks must go to the National Quality Assurance (NQA) for their support and guidance throughout the entirety of the process.”
